Refund Policy

We want DDaily to genuinely help you make better decisions. If it doesn't, we'd rather give you your money back than keep a customer who isn't getting value.
7-Day Refund Window
You can request a refund within 7 days of your first Pro payment if you aren't satisfied with the Service. Just email us — no long form required.
Cancellation
You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time from within the app or via Paddle. Cancellation stops future billing immediately. It does not automatically refund past payments unless they fall within the 7-day window above.
Heavy Usage and Abuse
Refunds are not guaranteed when there has been heavy usage of the Service, repeated refund requests on the same account, or signs of abuse of promo codes or fair-use limits.
Promo and Free Access
Promo codes and free access have no cash value and are not refundable.
How Refunds Are Processed
Refunds are processed through Paddle, our payment provider. Once approved, funds typically return to your original payment method within a few business days, depending on your bank.
